Stutz: The Tragedy of Wasted Time

Stutz is a documentary made by Jonah Hill as an omage to his therapist Stutz.

It shows you their process and how it changed his life for the better.

I think its a great entryway for therapy, also, shows that men can also be vulnerable.

At a point, it not only tells you how therapy works but also shows. It shows that even in the documentary making process they had setbacks, and it was not a perfect process.

I love that the documentary is just raw conversations and it will show you tools that you can use on your daily life, tools that I still think about to this day.

“Jonah Hill’s therapy documentary is raw, uncomfortable, and deeply moving.” —Anna Menta, Decider
