Atomic Habits is one of those books that help you to understand habits and how to start them.
It didn't really turn my life around, but it offers a nice framework to understand habits. I still need to finish it, but it's a good read.
- Make time for new habits (even when life gets crazy);- Overcome a lack of motivation and willpower;- Design your environment to make success easier;- Get back on track when you fall off course; (This is something I need to work on)
